As Viet Nam Tinh Hoa continues to grow and thrive, we seek an experienced and visionary leader to guide the school’s next phase of development—its expansion into a full Senior School. The successful candidate will bring a proven record of success in Secondary leadership, with the strategic acumen and resilience to lead a high-performing, dual language international school through an exciting period of growth.

They will have substantial experience in shaping outstanding teaching and learning within the IB MYP or equivalent international curriculum, and a deep understanding of adolescent development and multilingual education. The role requires an ability to collaborate effectively with VNTH’s existing leadership team and partners to build a cohesive, high-achieving through-school from Early Years to Senior.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape one of Vietnam’s most ambitious educational ventures. Supported by the full expertise of NLCS International and Embassy Education, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, cultural intelligence, and the capacity to inspire confidence across a diverse community of students, staff, and parents.

Outstanding communication skills, presence, and integrity are essential, as is a commitment to balancing academic excellence with wellbeing and personal growth. The successful candidate will share VNTH’s vision to nurture confident, compassionate, and globally minded learners—anchored in Vietnamese identity and prepared to thrive in the wider world.
